Role Overview

We seek an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our commercial team. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing relationships with clients and partners, including high-profile luxury clients and agencies, focusing on leveraging NOWNESS platforms and, where appropriate, the META Media portfolio. 

The purpose of this role is to grow revenue by proactively identifying and converting revenue leads and seeking new business opportunities. The NOWNESS team delivers an exceptional consultative service to our clients, directly and through agency contacts, crafting multi-platform solutions leveraging our branded content, strategy, creative consultation, video production, event, insight and distribution expertise.

As a Sales & Marketing Manager at NOWNESS ASIA, you must have an understanding and appreciation of how brand strategy, content, fashion and culture trends influence the marketing and positioning decisions made by our clients and partners.

• Candidates with experience in digital and multi-platform sales and luxury brand client liaison will be preferred
• Focus on serving the client and brand, exploring business opportunities and helping the team achieve the target
• Regularly demonstrated self-discipline, facilitating meetings to build good relationships with customers, maintain commercial awareness and stay abreast of industry developments
• Represent NOWNESS ASIA at events to promote our company's IP, print, digital and creative projects
• Work with NOWNESS ASIA production and editorial teams to develop budgets for digital collaborations, branded content, videos, events and partnerships
• Establish collaboration with the team internally and conduct video conferences with our China and Global NOWNESS teams when necessary
• Demonstrated understanding of key USPs of digital and mobile platforms, good command of relevant CRM tools, social media, and Google marketing and analytics platforms
• Fluent in English and Cantonese. Applicants with additional Mandarin skills will be given priority
